Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at GCU.
• GPA: 2.0+ for Bachelor, 3.0+ for Master.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
• MS Publisher knowledge a plus.
• Friendly, effective communicator with Christian worldview.

Responsibilities

• Answering and making phone calls.
• Assisting in content creation and posting on social media.
• Maintain College Bulletin Board and Newsletter.
• Scheduling meetings for faculty and administration.
• Interact with AV, IT, and the Copy Center to complete tasks.
• Provide directions to visitors and students.
• Maintain Office and Kitchen Supplies.
• Oversee schedule for Conference Rooms.
• Keep Chapel, conference rooms, workstation area and kitchen neat and clean.
• Perform other tasks as requested by faculty and staff.
