Job summary

COTALAND at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX is hiring a Tipped Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced theme park environment.

The role supports guest experience, operates during evenings, weekends, rehearsals and events, and includes on-site training and development to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks outdoors.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high quality coffee and specialty beverages in a fast-paced theme park setting.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy days.
• Support guest experience and teamwork to ensure memorable park visits.
