Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Maintaining food handlers license.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and positive attitude.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and can provide product details and suggestions.
• Learns all Barista positions to ensure proper customer service.
• Fields and directs customer complaints.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks work areas, utensils, equipment, service areas and seating areas.
• Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment.
• Demonstrates proper attendance, punctuality, and attitude.
