Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh seeks a PPAC Support Staff member for the Johnstown Pasquerilla Performing Art Center. You will assist with performances and events, set up and operate lighting, sound, and A/V systems, and help maintain and repair equipment and spaces on site.

The role requires basic office software use, willingness to work late hours and weekends, and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and access catwalks and grids. On-campus assignment with 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work from ladders/at heights.

Responsibilities

• Support performances and special events.
• Set up and operate theatrical equipment and systems.
• Maintain, clean and repair equipment and spaces.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
