Job summary

Endicott College is seeking a Technical Assistant in the Center for the Arts and Department of Performing Arts to provide technical support for theatrical productions, concerts, rehearsals, and events. The role focuses on preparation, operation, and strike of productions with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and professionalism on campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in theatrical production, live events, stagecraft, or related field.
• Experience in lighting, audio, scenery, or live event production; able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, operation, and strike of productions, concerts, rehearsals, and events.
• Set up and strike production equipment including amplifiers, microphones, speakers, lighting, instruments, and related audio gear.
• Assist with scene changes and backstage operations during performances.
• Support productions in campus venues such as Rose Theater and Tia's Black Box Theater.
• Ensure safety and efficient handling of equipment during all phases.
