Job summary

The Makeup Artist role at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company in Vallejo supports live performances, seasonal productions, and themed experiences across the park. Qualifications

• Formal training in cosmetology, makeup artistry, theater production, or related discipline.
• Experience in theme parks, theater, or live entertainment venues.
• Portfolio showcasing beauty, theatrical, and SFX makeup work.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional beauty and special effects makeup for performers and entertainers.
• Create themed character and performance makeup according to design specs.
• Collaborate with Entertainment, Wardrobe, and Production teams for consistency.
• Maintain makeup stations, tools, and supplies; follow safety standards.
• Assist with wig applications, quick changes, and wig maintenance during performances.
