You will develop rigorous lessons, monitor progress, and collaborate with teams to ensure student achievement and equity across our campuses.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Texas Educator Certification or willingness to join ACP to get certified.
• Strong ability to navigate web-related applications and technology.

• Develop rigorous lessons in your content area for 1:1 blended learning environments.
• Set ambitious goals with students and monitor progress with regular feedback.
• Track student growth and create growth plans using data and coach feedback.
• Communicate regularly with families via phone, video, email, or school site portal.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and student development.
• Collaborate with co-planner on lesson plans and resource needs.
• Meet deadlines for lesson plans, grades, and samples.
• Provide supervision duties on campus to support student safety.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and feedback cycles.
