Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university recognized by THECB.
• Texas Educator Certification, or willing to join ACP to get certified.
• Strong ability to navigate web-related applications and technology.
• Ability to instruct students using a variety of technology applications and platforms.
• Commitment to the YES Prep Public Schools mission.

• Developing rigorous lessons in your content area for 1:1 blended learning environments to prepare students for college and beyond.
• Setting ambitious goals with students and monitoring progress with regular feedback.
• Tracking student growth and creating growth plans as needed.
• Building strong relationships with students and families through regular communication (phone, video, email).
• Creating conducive classroom environments for learning and student development.
• Collaborating with co-planner on daily lesson plans and resources.
• Meeting deadlines for lesson plans, grades, and samples.
• Working with a team of teachers and leaders to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Participating in PD to align with district standards and improve student learning.
• Conducting weekly tutorials outside of regular class days for additional support.
