Rosebud Theatre & School of the Arts seeks a Production Manager / Technical Director to lead all production and technical elements for main stage and school productions. The role anchors budgeting, scheduling, and on-site operations, reporting to the Artistic Director, with weekend and evening commitments as needed.

The PM/TD will oversee multiple productions, mentor trainee artists, and coordinate with designers, stage crew, and fundraising events to support a busy season.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and budget tracking for multiple productions.
• Ability to negotiate with artists, agents, and technical labour.
• Develop detailed human resources scheduling.
• Mentor young theatre artists and support training initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Budget, plan, and oversee the realization of Rosebud Theatre productions and related activities.
• Oversee five fully mounted Rosebud Theatre productions (4 in the Opera House, 1 on the Studio Stage) and guest productions.
• Coordinate two Rosebud School of the Arts student productions and one devised movement show.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of production and technical elements of all productions, performances, and related activities.
