Company One Theatre is seeking a Production Manager for a hybrid, exempt, full-time role (40 hours/week). The position oversees production processes, budgets, calendars, contracting, and cross-department communication to ensure timely, high-quality productions and events.

The ideal candidate has strong coordination, technical knowledge across lighting, sound, carpentry, and operations, with experience in budgeting and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management for theatre preferred.
• Proficiency with budgeting, calendars, and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all company production staff and production processes, including scheduling, contracting, budgeting.
• Facilitate proper and timely communication surrounding productions.
• Hire production staff & designers alongside Artistic Producer.
• Manage contracting & payroll process for production teams.
• Ensure production deadlines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate scheduling, personnel, and equipment for events.
