Job summary

Nuffield Health Chester Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner (ODP) to join our surgical team. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality perioperative care, using state-of-the-art technology, with opportunities for professional development. You must be registered with NMC or HCPC and bring relevant theatre experience.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
• Theatre/perioperative care experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates focus, empathy and strong communication with patients.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
• Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Create high-quality patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
