Cinemark USA, Inc. is seekingMaintenance Employees to repair and maintain theatre facilities, equipment, and property while providing a welcoming guest experience.

Tasks include repairing seats, walls, fixtures, and coordinating with the General Manager on needed parts and major repairs. Responsibilities also cover keeping tools organized, ensuring safety, and working flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service; communicates with all ages and backgrounds.
• Able to work in a team and independently; follows directions and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintains theatre and property (tile, carpet, restrooms, seating, fixtures, etc.).
• Maintain and organize tools and supplies; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with disposal of trash and damaged parts; prepare areas for next day.
• Coordinate with General Manager on repairs and maintenance needs; request parts as needed.
• Ensure doors and theater areas are secure and maintain PPE usage.
• Interact with external vendors and suppliers as required.
