Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Maintenance Employee to repair and maintain theatre facilities, equipment, and property, ensuring a welcoming guest experience. The role often occurs outside operating hours but may also occur during operating hours, and includes coordinating with contractors for major repairs.

Responsibilities include repairing fixtures, managing supplies, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Must be able to work in a team or independently with a sense of urgency and reliable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Reliable transportation to obtain parts and supplies
• Ability to maneuver in limited-space areas and handle chemicals safely

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain theatre and theatre property including fixtures, seats, walls, and equipment
• Keep tools and supplies safely maintained and organized
• Assist with third-party contractors for major repairs
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in maintenance areas and theatre
• Coordinate with General Manager on repairs and maintenance needs
• Monitor safety and security issues and report them to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
