Work typically during non-operating hours, with flexibility for occasional operating hours. Responsibilities include upkeep of seating, floors, restrooms, fixtures and office equipment; coordinate with the General Manager; ensure safety, cleanliness and readiness for the next day.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with all ages and personalities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to take and follow direction.
• Reliable transportation to obtain parts and supplies.
• Ability to maneuver in limited-space areas and handle chemicals safely.

Aufgaben

• Repairs and maintains theatre and theatre property including tile, carpet floors, restroom fixtures, countertops, mirrors, walls, wall coverings, partitions, drinking fountains, minor plumbing and electrical work, office furniture, auditorium seats.
• Keeps Cinemark-owned tools and supplies safely maintained, cleaned, orderly, and organized.
• Removes and disposes of trash, broken parts, and supplies from repair areas after completing tasks.
• Cleans and organizes Maintenance storage areas.
• Inspects theatre and property to ensure cleanliness and readiness for next day’s operations.
• Coordinates with General Manager on items to repair or maintain.
• Communicates needs for parts and supplies to General Manager.
• Maintains access controls and secures doors during non-operating hours.
