Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Maintenance Employee to repair and maintain the theatre and its equipment, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

This role mainly occurs during non-operating hours but may happen during shows, requiring attention to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include fixing seats, walls, fixtures, cleaning and organizing maintenance areas, coordinating with the General Manager, and ensuring access for vendors while maintaining security and PPE use.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain theatre and theatre property (tiles, floors, fixtures, seating, walls).
• Keep tools and supplies organized and safely stored.
• Coordinate with General Manager on repair tasks and parts.
• Assist outside vendors and grant access to work areas.
• Follow PPE and safety procedures during tasks.
• Contribute to a clean and safe theatre environment.
