Job summary

Regal theaters seeks a janitor supervisor to lead janitorial staff and ensure all auditoriums, lobby, and restrooms are cleaned before opening. The role acts as a key contact with the General Manager to maintain standards and security.

Must be 18 or older and is a key holder position. Typical duties include supervising staff, managing supplies, reporting issues to management, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Ability to interface effectively with co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Cleaning all auditoriums prior to opening for business.
• Cleaning lobby and hallway areas.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Manage janitorial closet and supplies.
• Use equipment such as vacuums and compactor.
• Report facility damage to General Manager.
• Secure and report found items; maintain building security.
• Ensure non-public areas are secure and alarms operated.
• Meet with management to review performance and set standards.
• Direct duties of janitorial staff as needed.
• Manage inventory of paper products and cleaners.
