Job summary

Regal is seeking a theatre janitor supervisor to ensure all auditoriums, lobby, hallways and restrooms are cleaned before opening. As a key holder, you will coordinate with the General Manager to uphold standards and supervise janitorial staff across the venue.

The role supports security procedures, inventory management, and compliance with safety policies. Prior janitorial experience is preferred; 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Clean all auditoriums prior to opening.
• Clean lobby and hallway areas before opening.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked before opening.
• Maintain janitorial closet organized and stocked.
• Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums and compactor.
• Report facility damage to General Manager.
• Secure and report found items to management.
• Maintain building security and alarm procedures.
• Walk facility with management to review performance.
• Direct janitorial staff to ensure standards are met.
• Manage inventory of paper products and cleaning chemicals.
