Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming environment for Guests. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and promotions to ensure a heroic guest experience.

You may rotate through Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist roles depending on staffing needs. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, providing information, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Interpersonal skills: communicate effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates the POS system for transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to the auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across lobby, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
• Performs opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Assists with other duties as needed by management.
