You will drive results, manage operations, control costs, and ensure a safe, compliant environment. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for film and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience or a post-secondary degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team while driving results.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day operations and basic financial management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your theatre’s performance, watching sales and expenses while ensuring operations support business goals.
• Follow company policies, handle cash properly, and maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Oversee scheduling, reporting, and daily operations for a smooth running theatre.
• Build and lead a strong team by hiring, training, coaching, and managing performance and employee relations.
• Create a great guest experience by setting service tone and resolving concerns.
• Maintain theatre environment, ensuring cleanliness, upkeep, and stocked conditions.
• Monitor financial and operational results to identify improvement opportunities and profitability.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control across concessions and supplies.
• Maintain theatre systems and equipment, including projection and audio-visuals.
