Job summary

CSU Stanislaus Theatre Department is seeking temporary hourly-intermittent Student Assistants to support box office operations and customer service for department events in Stanislaus - Turlock.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates enrolled in at least six Fall/Spring units with prior cashiering or customer service experience and the ability to learn new software quickly. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
• Preferred: cashiering and customer service experience; ability to quickly learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support as a box office cashier for Theatre Department events.
• Provide customer service at Theatre Department events.
• Support Theatre Department by assisting in the Theatre Office, Theatre Labs, Costume Shop, and Scene Shop.
• Provide technical assistance when requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
