NHS Scotland invites applications for an Anaesthetics Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) at Western Isles Hospital, Lewis. This Band 5 post offers 36 hours per week in a full-time permanent role with a salary band of £34,544-£43,039 plus £1,461 Distant Islands Allowance.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of anaesthetics experience, HCPC registration, and PVG clearance, working in a dynamic theatre team with various surgical specialities and an on-call rota."

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is mandatory.
• PVG scheme membership required.
• At least 1 year of anaesthetics experience in theatre.

Responsabilités

• Rotational work across Anaesthetics and Recovery within the theatre suite.
• Operate as part of the Theatre Suite team as an ODP (Band 5).
• Participate in an on-call rota and shift work including early/late shifts.
