Job summary

Elevate Entertainment Group in Texas seeks an Usher to enhance the movie-going experience by greeting guests, guiding them to seats, and maintaining a clean theater environment. You will respond to inquiries and help ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout showings.

The role requires a hospitality mindset and the ability to work well under pressure, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
• Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications may be required at some locations.
• Work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, friendly atmosphere.
• Direct guests to seating and ensure valid tickets.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Follow and enforce all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of theater and restrooms before, during, and after showings.
• Assist guests with lost and found items.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
