Job summary

IMAX at the Center in Seattle seeks a friendly, efficient server to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will know beverages, food, and merchandise and help guests enjoy every visit. Requirements include 6+ months of food & beverage experience, WA Alcohol Service Permit, and WA Food Handler’s Permit.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long shifts. Hourly rate: $21.30 plus tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Food and Beverage experience in a high-volume environment.
• Valid Washington State Alcohol Service Permit.
• Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds; quick espresso beverage prep.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit full knowledge of beverage, food & merchandise items.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and guest satisfaction throughout shift.
• Complete opening and closing duties and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate Micros POS and use item abbreviations to speed service.
• Provide service recovery and uphold standards.
