Job summary

Rutgers University–New Brunswick, Mason Gross School of the Arts, seeks part-time instructional and academic support in the Department of Theater Arts for Fall 2026 across acting, directing, design, production, play/screenwriting, and theater history/introduction.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of teaching or relevant experience; graduate degree preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong pedagogy, organization, and communication skills.

• Contribute to curriculum development and student assessment within the Department of Theater Arts.
