Job summary

The UPS Store in Austin, TX is seeking a highly motivated Lead Associate to oversee day-to-day operations and mentor a retail team. You will drive customer service excellence and guide staff to meet performance goals, while learning all product and service offerings and industry trends.

Flex hours available; a strong focus on teamwork and process improvement. As the Leader on Duty at times, you will ensure a safe, clean store and support inventory management, training, and store projects.
