Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to lead our UPS Store team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Conduct interviews and employee orientation to build a strong team.
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting purposes.
• Manage store budgets and expenses while optimizing profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Computer Experience (MS Office)
• Printing Experience preferred but not mandatory
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to sell products effectively.
• Experience with interviewing and employee orientation processes.
• Proficient in using POS systems for transactions and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
