Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska. The role is hybrid, with primarily remote work and one required in-person visit per month.

You will perform behavioral assessments, develop plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to optimize progress while adhering to clinical standards. Licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
