BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain licensure.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

  • Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Compensation
  • Up to $80/hour
  • Rates are negotiable based on experience
  • Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
  • No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
  • No non-compete agreements
  • LBA Expansion Program with support and reimbursement for additional state licensure
  • Dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing clinical and professional support
