BCBA Support Manager

Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows you to work largely remotely with one required in-person visit per month.

You will perform behavioral assessments, craft treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress while adhering to ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligible or currently held.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
