Evolution Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Hotel Milo in Santa Barbara, CA. You will lead a team of room attendants, ensure spotless rooms, and support daily operations while the Housekeeping Manager is away.

This role emphasizes training, inspections, safety, and maintaining the highest cleanliness standards across all areas. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to inspire the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and train Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and a positive, motivational approach.
• Handle lost–and–found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas with safety in mind.
• Set and uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across facilities and equipment.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands‑on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost‑and‑found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
