Soma at The Mall Sarasota, operated by KnitWell Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will foster a welcoming environment for associates and customers, enabling memorable, personalized interactions aligned with our hospitality culture.

Responsibilities include team development, achieving store financial goals, and community engagement initiatives.

About the role

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
