Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 5022-Fig Garden Village-Soma-Fresno, CA. You will assist the Store Manager in leading a team, delivering a welcoming customer experience, and building community connections to reflect our hospitality culture.

The role requires 3 years of retail management experience, availability nights/weekends/holidays, and strong communication. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience.
