The Lycra Company is hiring a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on a rotating 12-hour schedule, alternating between day (6a-6p) and night (6p-6a) blocks every two weeks in a 2/2/3 cycle. Training pay starts at $25 per hour with increases after training completion.

Compensation begins at $25 per hour throughout the initial training period, with a scheduled increase following the successful completion of training.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to commit to a rotating 12-hour schedule encompassing days, nights, weekends, holidays, and required overtime.
• Commitment to supporting a continuous, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Ensuring safety by wearing required PPE, including a respirator, which necessitates a clean-shaven appearance.
• Successfully complete a physical assessment to confirm you can handle the demands of the role.
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds to maintain production flow.
