Job summary

Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Night Auditor for seasonal work to support the front desk and lodging operations. The role involves nightly reconciliations, handling guest payments, and assisting guests with requests during overnight hours.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, assisting with the General Store, answering after-hours calls, and supporting emergency procedures, with a mix of overnight and day shifts. Training provided; this is a seasonal position at Deer Valley.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of Deer Valley Lodging properties and Park City area preferred.
• General understanding of computers and computer operating systems.
• Possess a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles to transport guests.
• Required to work a mix of overnight and day shifts.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure.
• Check guests in and out and assist with any requests.
• Assist with General Store operations.
• Answer and assist with guest calls after hours from other Deer Valley Lodging properties.
• Assist with fire alarms and other emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
