Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, invites a Seasonal Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. You’ll support administrative functions and help ensure accurate nightly reconciliation, guest billing, and smooth check-in/out processes.

You’ll work a mix of overnight and day shifts, handle cash and cards, assist with the General Store, respond to after-hours guest calls, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of Deer Valley Lodging properties and Park City area preferred.
• General understanding of computers and computer operating systems.
• Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles to transport guests.
• Required to work a mix of overnight and day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Nightly reconciliation of previous day's business.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure.
• Check guests in and out and assist with any requests.
• Assist with General Store operations.
• Answer and assist with guest calls after hours from other Deer Valley Lodging properties.
• Assist with fire alarms and other emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
