Essential Functions

1. Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
2. Take guest orders, process payments, and make accurate change.
3. Ensure guests receive quality products as ordered.
4. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
5. Address guest concerns.
6. Clean and stock.
7. Complete all tasks in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
8. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
9. Participate in ongoing training.
10. Maintain 100% attendance.
11. Follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 7 days of starting.
• High school enrollment, diploma, or equivalent preferred.
• Be service-oriented, communicate well, handle issues professionally, and take initiative.
• Basic math skills are critical.

Physical Demands

• Stand for long periods.
• Bend and stoop.
• Work around heat.
• Work in close quarters.
• Move throughout the restaurant.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Handle various cleaning products.

Work Environment

Exposure to heat, cold, foods, chemicals, sharp utensils, and hazardous equipment. The use of E-Verify for new hires is required.
