Essential Functions

1. Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
2. Take guest orders, process payment, and make accurate change.
3. Ensure guest receives quality products as ordered.
4. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
5. Address guest concerns.
6. Clean and stock.
7. Complete all assigned tasks in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
8. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
9. Participate in ongoing training.
10. Maintain 100% attendance.
11. Follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Have a food handler's permit and/or obtain one within 7 days of starting.
• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Service-oriented with good communication skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic math skills are critical.

Physical Demands

• Stand for long periods.
• Bend and stoop.
• Work around heat.
• Work in close quarters with others.
• Move throughout the restaurant to perform tasks.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work with cleaning products.

Work Environment

Conditions may involve exposure to heat, cold, foods, cleaning chemicals, sharp utensils, and hazardous equipment.
