JOB TITLE: Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing outstanding, friendly and informative guest service while inspecting and maintaining specified standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel guest room areas, as directed. Also attends to Guest needs and resolve Guest problems. Works to ensure maximum Guest satisfaction at all times. Assists as needed to ensure maximum inventory is available.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds of supplies
• Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment including but not limited to vacuum, cleaning supplies, and safety equipment
• Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy and may contain second-hand smoke
• Tasks performed from a sitting or non-sitting position
