Emory University seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator to support the Clinical Education Team within the PA Program. You will manage contracts, maintain the CORE ELMS database, and provide executive-level administrative support to leadership.

The Assistant Program Coordinator provides critical administrative, operational, and data management support to the Clinical Education Team within the Emory Physician Assistant (PA) Program. This role ensures the smooth execution of the clinical year curriculum by managing clinical site contracts, maintaining preceptor and site databases, and providing executive-level administrative support to leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in maintaining compliance with university and accreditation standards.
NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
