Responsibilities include handling calls professionally, focusing on healthcare terminology, and reporting to the team leader. Candidates should have 1+ years interpreting experience, strong English proficiency, reliable internet, and a headset.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English-Thai proficiency at native or high professional level.
• 1+ years interpreting experience is desirable.
• Strong communication, listening, note-taking and memory skills.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally according to the interpreter's code of conduct.
• Familiarize with healthcare and medical vocabulary used by clients.
• Participate in internal professional training.

• High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
