Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin at bilingual/native level.
• 1+ years of interpreting experience (desirable).
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
• Strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory skills.

• Answer calls professionally according to the Interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be aware of the healthcare/medical vocabulary used in interpretation.
