Job summary

ALS is seeking a THAAD System Technical Trainer to conduct THAAD training at the Ft Bliss facility in El Paso, TX. The role involves delivering NET, technical concepts, and battalion-level doctrine to KSA personnel, with OSHA-aligned safety and quality guidelines.

The trainer will supervise and evaluate training sessions, coordinate with an instructor team, and adapt programs to meet mission requirements, including overtime and nonstandard shifts. A SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years direct related work experience.
• Experience on THAAD or PATRIOT Missile Defense System.
• Knowledge of US Army Air and Missile Defense Force and Engagement operations.
• U.S. citizen with SECRET clearance.
• Background check including criminal and credit.

Responsibilities

• Provides THAAD individual training for KSA personnel at the Ft Bliss THAAD training facility.
• Utilizes KSA THAAD equipment and Government-furnished training devices.
• Instructs training plans and TPSD for KSA.
• Teaches THAAD system and components, TFCC operations.
• Instructs THAAD Launcher and related operations.
