Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Huntsville, AL seeks a THAAD Principal Business Development Analyst to shape premier technical and business solutions for the THAAD program and related initiatives. You will lead cross-functional efforts to translate customer needs into capture plans, coordinate with PM, Engineering, and Technology teams, and manage stakeholder engagement across DoD and allied commands.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional efforts to translate customer needs into THAAD program solutions.
Develop and execute capture plans and validation activities for business opportunities.
Coordinate with PM, Engineering, and Technology teams to integrate THAAD with IBCS and other architectures.
Manage stakeholder engagement across MDA, Army, DoD and allied commands.
Guide internal support and prioritization for urgent operational requirements and system enhancements.
