Job summary

SABG is seeking an Advanced Strategic Planning Analyst to support THAAD leadership at MDA in Huntsville, AL. The analyst will synthesize THAAD communications, assist with strategic planning, and coordinate executive meetings and travel.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical thinking, executive-support experience, and excellent written communication. This role requires SECRET clearance and daily interaction with senior leaders and DoD partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 6 years’ experience in administrative/business field; AA and 8 years’ experience; or 15 years’ experience in administrative/business field.
• 3+ years’ direct experience supporting CEO level military equivalent (SES or Flag Officer).
• Demonstrated advanced capabilities executing day-to-day office operations and mission planning for senior executive leadership.
• Proficient in advanced analytical thinking; coordinating with senior leaders on corporate strategies and briefing recommendations.
• Advanced level experience planning, facilitating and conducting executive-level activities.
• Proficient in government travel processes, schedules, and classified correspondence handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to THAAD senior leadership and related organizations, including synthesis of communications and executive meetings.
• Support day-to-day mission planning and review of documentation for meetings and operations.
• Prepare briefings, develop reports, and identify best practices for THAAD strategic planning.
• Assist leadership with speeches and briefings to high-level DoD and government entities.
• Manage office operations, calendar synchronization, and staff guidance for events and travel.
• Oversee document control, correspondence review, and signature-ready materials.
