Job summary

SAIC is seeking Field Service Experts to support the THAAD program at Fort Sill, Lawton, OK. The role involves high-level technical support, system integration, and maintenance for THAAD equipment and software, collaborating with military and civilian personnel to ensure deployment and operation.

The team delivers on-site field support, launcher and network integration, and customer guidance on capabilities. Relevant experience and DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with tactical networks and troubleshooting.
• In-field operator training.
• Troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.
• Good oral communication.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Able to work independently with short-term deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for THAAD systems at Fort Sill, OK.
• Represent the THAAD program as main point of contact.
• Integrate and maintain THAAD systems and support equipment.
• Assist in emplacement and initialization of THAAD systems.
• Advise customers on THAAD capabilities and limitations.
• Troubleshoot THAAD hardware, software, and networks.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and subsystems.
• Provide training and generate status reports.
