Qualifications

• 7-9 years of TGCM site service experience.
• Ability to work shifts to cover vacations and sick time.
• Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Train and mentor new TGCM Site Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of TGCM Site Service Technicians on site.
• Interface with the customer and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols for site technicians.
• Manage day-to-day operations and monthly reports for customer and Matheson.
• Operate chemical and gas distribution systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Attend meetings with customers and participate in audits.
