Job summary

Move Think Learn is seeking youth development coaches for its Little Rookies Baseball program. The role focuses on empowering children through sport, building confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship while making sure they have fun.

Lead Coaches earn $35 Per Session and are hired as part-time W-2 hourly employees. Candidates should have reliable transportation, open weekend availability, and be able to pass a background check; vaccination rules may apply in certain regions.

Responsibilities

• Follow Little Rookies instructional baseball programming.
• Provide fun and energetic instruction.
• Set up and take down equipment.
• Reliable transportation to local parks and facilities.
• Open weekend availability.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to stand for up to four hours at a time.
• Must be great with kids and willing to work with children 2-6 years old and their parents.

At Move Think Learn our mission is to empower children through sport by teaching them how to have fun while learning the fundamentals of the sport.

We are looking for youth development coaches to join our Little Rookies Baseball program. We believe in the power of baseball to positively impact children and support their physical and personal development. Beyond establishing a foundation for proper baseball techniques, our program is designed to help children build self-confidence, embrace teamwork, develop sportsmanship and learn the importance of physical activity, all while having fun!

Lead Coaches earn $35Per Session!

Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Legal exemptions include but are not limited to, medical condition, disability or sincerely-held religious belief; some regions may require full vaccination upon hiring due to state-specific mandates. Proof of vaccination in those states will be required and will be requested in the other regions.
