Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in investment services or wealth management.
  • SIE, Series 7, 63 and/or 65/66 licenses.
  • Resident Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Knowledge of basic Banking/Financial industry practices.
  • Proficiency in analytical and financial data interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide client service and support to an experienced Financial Advisor.
  • Enter trades in client accounts as instructed by the client and/or Financial Advisor.
  • Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
  • Prepare presentations for client meetings.
  • Research data for client investment strategies.
  • Assist in business development with coaching and mentorship toward partnership with the Financial Advisor.
  • Ensure a FINRA compliance branch system is maintained.
  • Stay informed on current financial market trends and product offerings.

  • Practice business development strategies in conjunction with receiving coaching and mentorship to prepare for a role as a Partner with the Financial Advisor.
  • Ensure a FINRA compliance branch system is maintained.
  • Remain informed on current financial market trends, regulatory changes and product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience in investment services or wealth management
  • SIE, Series 7, 63 and or 65/66

  • Ability to apply analytical skills
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to promote and sell investment products and services

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Four-year college degree in a business-related field preferably Finance or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
