Wilsonart International is seeking a production operator to control the TFL line, set presses, load materials, and verify quality throughout the manufacturing cycle. The role requires strong attention to safety, accuracy in logs, and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety standards applicable to the work area.
• Knowledge of the pressing manufacturing process and materials.
• Understanding of quality requirements and how to meet them.

Responsibilities

• Operates press and cures material per cycle specifications.
• Evaluates the daily production schedule and logs production data.
• Ensures material is present and properly loaded for production.
• Lays out and aligns raw materials for processing.
• Trains personnel and follows lock-out/tag-out procedures and basic maintenance checks.
