Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer for the TFDM program to integrate, validate, and deploy NAS-critical capabilities. The role involves traveling to FAA sites, working with engineers and FAA stakeholders, and supporting live deployments.

Primary responsibilities include system integration, verification, and customer demonstrations, with a focus on automated testing and interface testing across NAS interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux/UNIX administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Python, Bash, or Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with XML messaging, APIs, databases, or messaging middleware.
• Automation solutions to improve engineering efficiency.
• Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, configure, and validate TFDM capabilities in lab and production environments.
• Lead system integration, verification, and validation activities for NAS readiness.
• Support formal customer demonstrations, testing, and acceptance with FAA stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software, systems, networking, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Develop documentation detailing root causes and resolutions of integration issues.
• Assist deployment at FAA facilities, including ATCTs, and coordinate with teams.
